Document: Scottish independence white paper

Read and search the full text of the Scottish white paper on independence launched by Alex Salmond, first minister and leader of the Scottish National Party, on Tuesday.

Scotland will decide in a referendum to be held on September 18 2014 whether or not to end the 306-year-old union with England.
