The UK’s Serious Fraud Office will go to the High Court on Tuesday to explain errors made in obtaining search warrants against two of London’s most high-profile property investors.

The country’s lead fraud-fighting agency is expected to accept it made mistakes, explain how they were made and justify its continuing investigation into the business dealings of Robert and Vincent Tchenguiz. The agency has been investigating the brothers’ business dealings with Kaupthing Bank, the Icelandic bank, prior to its collapse in 2008.

Here is a timeline of the SFO inquiry.
