When Formula 1 plc lists in Singapore next month, it will feature a Byzantine corporate structure.

This organogram, published in a draft prospectus seen by the Financial Times, shows 31 subsidiaries below the Jersey-based parent company, and is complicated by an unusual arrangement whereby each share comes “stapled” with the beneficial interest in a loan note.
